So my boss (who is the dietitian for our bariatric patients) gave me a listing of best ways to satisfy your sweet cravings...OMG....I love her! LOL....I will keep close! I was also thinking...do I just want to lose weight to get small OR do I want to transform and sculpt my body....I am thinking the later. I will start back getting inspiration from bodybuilding.com....Until next time folks!
