Got up pretty early today for a parent teacher conference, grabbed my coffee and ate only half of my MIM and ran out the door. Then took a 40 minute power walk. Feel the burn baby! :) Then started house work, ugh... I'm pooped. Now... rest for a few and head out to worship team practice.
