Ok so I figure if I set small goals it will not seem so overwhelming. Or so I hope. I quickly gained the weight back that I lost working the second job cleaning offices for 3 hours 5 days a week...nice workout... that I quit back in October 2013. Do not miss it. Well not all of it. I was 247-250 and I got down to 205-210. I am now 235. Depressed....yea but I am good. I never changed my eating. I went for a walk today. =) woohoo felt good. I am looking to get back on track.
