Went grocery shopping. Fell into the "let's try this new thing/flavor" trap. Chips ahoy are never worth it, even with the new peanut butter cup recipe...nor cheezits etc. Problem was I got too hungry in town. Need to bring more snacks when I go for the day. Baby carrots, yogurt, sandwich...BUT I still counted the calories and I havent gone over yet. I have 250 calories left for lunch so that's very doable.
