I'm feeling so good about my progress (only 2 lbs away from my goal), but I find myself all of a sudden less motivated to work out... it's like as soon as I don't NEED to, I can't get myself to do it. I usually work out 6 times a week, but this week has been: Sunday-off, Mon-run, Tues-off, Wed-weights, Thu-off (unless I can get around to running tonight). Some part of me is campaigning that working out 4x/week is actually more reasonable than 6x. Can I get some outsider's input here please!?!

I think that you need to set a new goal for yourself. Since you are so close to your goal weight, why not look into a marathon or a cause that involves some type of strenuous physical activity that you can train towards? Also, is there any security for you in not losing the last couple of pounds? Is there something you fear in the future? It sounds a little bit like a sabotage, if you know what I mean by that. I know for me, when I was so close to my goal weight, I quit working out. If I had to sum up what I was feeling, it was 1) can I keep this weight loss off of me for good? 2) No, of course I can't because I have always been overweight 3) do I desrve to be happy and actually like my body? It went along the lines of that for me. I hope I helped in some way. I also hope you know that YOU ARE WORTH ALL YOUR HARD WORK. You have always been worthy and loveable. It is too bad the world around us is so slow to catch up to your worth. ;^) God bless, Amy
