Did ground work with Sammy the horse for about 2.5 hours today, didn't know how to classify that, it wasn't horseback riding, it was walking around, lunging, tacking up, grooming, etc... ground work. So I called it hiking. I'm kinda nervous around the trainer... not the horse, I just don't want to do something wrong to HER animal (not that I wan't to do wrong to any animal, but when it's your own, you know you have that bond where usually, especially if it's an accident, they'll forgive you), and luckily this horse is very forgiving and chill, since we're just learning all of this stuff, she just puts up with us... but, I messed up a few times today, and it was really cold outside, (even with 4 layers on and gloves) and I was getting frustrated with myself, cause I just... yeah, learning a new thing. I'm like an old dog.

TOM, weighed myself with my gigantic towel wrapped up on my head later in the day and was up from my last weigh in but I'm not surprised. I feel like my eating is out of control lately... trying to not snack at night.
