3rd day of period. Did 30 minute yoga two days ago. I was too sore yesterday to workout. I'm planning to workout today, though. Yay!
211.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 71.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.9 lb a week
