Day 2 of P90X done...starting to come down with an infection I think, so this might have been a bad idea. But it's done! And from what I'd been hearing, plyometrics was supposed to be horrendous.

It was brutal, but I survived it better than the strength training yesterday. Maybe even could have kept going! I guess that's not too surprising, seeing as how that's the sort of stuff the xbox has been having me do for the last several months....much better prepared for this, than the weights.
