Gained 2.5 pounds but was on vacation for almost 2 weeks…at Disney no less. So I'm not surprised or upset about the weight gain. Actually glad that it was only 2.5 pounds! Did continue with running during vaca and got in 3 runs a week about 3 - 3.5 miles each. Not easy in the humidity of Central Florida. No yoga or strength training done but I'm not punishing myself. Have been home for two days and went for a 4 mile run last night (torture) and then back to yoga class and 45 min str training this am. Being back to usual foods is comforting also. Oh, and did push-ups for the challenge this am also. Additional torture. :) I definitely feel bloated from all the additional carbs/sugars that were consumed but I think that will come off over the next few days with back to normal eating. My new clothes still fit and that makes me VERY happy!
132.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week
