I was on the treadmill and walked 1/2 a mile and thought, "what the heck let me try jogging." And I did! 1/2 mile and then walked another 1/2 mile. I know it's only 1/2 mile, but that is a 1/2 mile further than I've jogged in over 6 years. I'm for sure going to keep this jogging up and add to it when I feel ready.

You have to start from somewhere! :-) Last year, when I wanted to try jogging I was too scared to go outside/ to the gym, so for like months I was jogging in the spot - not a great idea. So your 1/2 mile is fantastic :-) good luck with the next one, which definitely will come!
