Today after I worked out I was very dizzy and lighthead. It was very weird, I thought it would go away, but as the day progressed it got worse, it actually felt like I was drunk. I was freaked out, especially when I had to go pick my husband up from work I didn't think I should go, when I got there I made him drive me home, and when I got out of the car I almost passed out. Has anyone ever felt like that?

I feel this way when I don't have a high protein breakfast or don't eat enough calories. I tend to make breakfast 400 cals and the rest about 250-300. Maybe a small snack will help (high protein) an hour before workout. Good Luck!

Low blood sugar can do this but so can stroke. I know I sound like an alarmist BUT I would never fool around with this kind of thing. My hubby felt exactly like that when he had a TIA (small stroke). Talk to your doctor to be sure what you had was not something serious.
