I've been avoiding the scale and with good reason now that I see what's happened. I got back all my lab results and everything is great except for my blood sugar being 105, when 100 is the high end of normal. So it's not terrible. I'm also vitamin D deficient. So I'll be taking my supplements and will try to back off sugar. I did go to the gym yesterday and it felt better this time than it did 2 weeks ago when I was under the weather.

Having a checkup makes me realize I haven't done too much damage yet, so I can get things turned around with a little bit of effort.

I haven't been walking the dog much with the temps in the mid-90s this week. It's miserable.
202.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 52.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
