My weight began climbing last November and I have been struggling ever since to get back down to my TA Meta weight - but I've been unsuccessful. I have increased fruits and vegetables and cut down on animal products. I believe this is great for long term health, but it has only resulted in additional weight gain. So, I've had enough. I'm back on my 2-day a week low carb diet - it worked for me before! I have 6 weeks left in my first year of TAM and will do the diet for that time period without weighing in. I'll weigh and measure at the end of six weeks. I've been too focused on this issue and need to back off a little.
121.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
