I keep losing and gaining back the SAME 2 pounds! I'm fine as long as I'm not hungry. I have always had a crunch craving. When I'm tired I get depressed and then I want crunch so bad I give in.One thing is if I don't buy it I can't eat it, but what do I eat instead. Last night I polished off a jar of kimchi. I'm going to have to make some.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week

Have you tried air popped corn? It saved my life :)

I'm trying to not eat high carb which includes popcorn. Though I followed a diet many years ago which included it as a snack and I lost real well. I had to weigh and measure EVERYTHING on that diet. Ugh!
