I actually started 1 week ago and have lost about 7 lbs. However, I got really sick over the weekend and now that I'm better, I can start focusing on this. So far, so good. I cut out Diet Pepsi, sugar & carbs all in the same day, cold turkey. The headaches for the first 3 days just about did me in, now they are gone and I'm doing good.
