I've been doing Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs for the last couple of weeks, and I am really enjoying myself. It's not all about abs. He has a total body cardio burn routines as well. My only problem is that when "life" happens I tend not to work out. It's almost like an excuse to just lay around and not do anything. But I'm working on that.

I think I'm at the point where I'm happy with my weight. I'm more in a toning and keeping my goal weight stage. Also I have been wondering about losing a few more pounds. I'd like to be my pre-prego weight (127), but that was almost 10 years ago so I'm wondering it that is even a healthy goal. The reason behind it is, I'm getting married and would like to have another child and would like to be smaller before I start. I guess it's something I can take up with the doctor.

Great job on reaching your goal weight. Being close to goal and deciding to "go the rest of the way" with exercise is a great decision. We can't all get back to the weight that we were when we were younger - our bodies just won't allow it. I got to 5 lbs less than what I am now, but when I would eat a normal amount for my weight, I gained the 5 lbs back, so my body won't maintain that lower weight. So I didn't quite reach my initial goal weight (160), but I'm happy with how close I got (started at 270) and will focus on working out regularly as my new goal, instead of weight loss. Keep up the great work with your workout program. Sometimes we have to "sit down with ourselves" and decide what our priorities are and then make them happen :)
