It's been crazy starting my new job and trying to keep on track with going to the gym. Until I get used to the hours I work, and being able to reset my sleep schedule, it's going to be hard.
196.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 56.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
