Yesterday morning: boiled egg and tea.
Lunch: 1 hotdog
Supper: bbq ribs, collards, slaw
Snack: cherries

Being mindful of drinking more water.

No dessert for a change, so that's a big breakthrough. Now I need to work on getting the bread and other sugars cut down to a minimum. I see that the Fage yogurt with cherries that I like has 16 grams of sugar. I'll switch to the plain and add my own fresh fruit.
199.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
