My first day on this site. I have been journaling with an excell spread sheet for over a week, but not really having a good grasp of caloric intake etc. I am really bummin as I get older and jiggly. I am encouraged though, that I have managed to do this and largely avoid fast food, get excercise atc, wuth no silly motivatotr like a new years resolution. I need to get a scale, and need to start hitting my weights again.
