Went off my diet on Saturday. Now I am beginning the induction phase at 225 as opposed to beginning induction at 235 back on 1/14/11. I have a different exercise routine to follow for the next 3 weeks, which will include strength training and cardio, then I will change it up to something different to keep my body guessing.
