So we are embarking on a journey to be the "Biggest Looser". We have a strong team who is motivated! I am excited about this website, and look forward to learning more, tracking more, and loosing more. I have 2 months, and 2 days left to become the Biggest Looser. My problem is giving into my cravings. I don't do it often, but sometimes I take small bites of things that I wish I could eat. I guess it's better to take a small nibble, than to eat the whole thing. I wish I were as strong as Steve. I also feel like I am letting my trainer Rich down. I am unable to meet his goals, and although he tells me I am doing okay, I feel like I should be able to do more. My body, and mind just don't. Perhaps that will get easier???
