Hi My name Is Jen and this is my first entry in my journal. I'm joining fatsecret because I am at a lose and having a lot of trouble sticking to a diet and having pretty much no direction or clue how to maintain one. It's very stressful because not only am I getting married soon but I haven't enjoyed any of my 20's being the fit girl I used to be. Ever since I had my kids, I have put on so much weight. I'm unhealthy, unhappy and I just need to change to an even better me. So I hope this works and even if not a lot, some what is better than nothing.
