we had people from out of town here. I still can't believe I weigh this much. I am disgusting. I am so mad at myself. Once upon a time I weighed 175 pounds...once upon a time I weighed 118 I am so fat.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
