Since I started my lifestyle change this past Sunday, my body seems to have began at hate me more and more. LOL. My body hurts all over. No pain no gain, right? I've started losing wright fairly quickly, I imagine that will start to slow soon. I figure so long as I keep making healthy food choices and workout daily (increasing intensity as it gets easier), I should keep a steady flow of weight loss.
