This morning I went to the gym. I ran for about 10 minutes, about 100 calories, then walked for 50 calories... I got tired running. Probably because I worked out late yesterday. Then I did some weights- arm workouts. A little bit of ab training.... and 50 more calories walking.
At the gym- I drank a NOS sugar free energy drink :o
Breakfast- Oatmeal and water. 150 calories.
