today is the first day of my different life (body wise). joe said a couple of weeks ago "you said you wouldn't change when we got married and you did". i haven't been able to get that out of my head since then and i hear it often. i'm hungry and i don't know why i eat when I'm not hungry. Joe is taking me for a "SNUGGLE WEEKEND" in a few days. I'm so excited to be with him so i'm going to close my eyes and tell him to do the same so we can have fun.
joe's 55 yr class reunion is this summer,Spencer is getting married this summer, Stephanie is getting married too. I want to lose this terribly unattractive, awful weight.
A few days ago I started carrying around my water with lemon juice which quenches my thirst and helps my metabolism.

today a patient came into the office for a physical and he had lost about 18 lbs. he is the one who told me about fatsecret. here i am.
