即使早中餐有控制,但晚餐有吃就飆上去了,所以我現在的身體還是屬於吸收熱量的,但潔淨自己的飲食,如果沒吃高熱量還是變胖,表示身體需要這些營養,不要過份減肥!
108.3 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 0.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.3 lb a week
