I seem to be retaining some water weight. At least it should be water weight as I've been following my way of eating with no cheats. At this point of losing weight I would consider eating off of my diet cheating but as I get closer to my goal not so much. I haven't been really hungry this week except for yesterday. My mom and I went out for pedicures and then shopping. She picked me up after therapy and away we went. I now have super bright pink toenails with glitter and a flower on each big toe. (Her idea for the glitter and flowers) I choose the pink. We went to the oriental market and I picked up half a roasted duck for dinner. I did mention to her I hadn't eaten before we left but she wanted to go and not wait for me to eat. Oh well. Then we went to home depot for some items she wanted. Thank goodness they have the sabrett hot dogs outside of the store. I grabbed a hot dog with no bun and got the hunger under control. The roasted duck wouldn't have made it home otherwise. Then pottery barn. She wanted to walk the whole store twice. I was starting to get hungry again but when I went to grab some beef jerky to buy I noticed it was past its date. I skipped and just grabbed another bottle of water since I already finished 2 by then. A couple of quick stops later I was home. A little bit of the duck never made it to dinner. It was good and I need to pick it up more often since I can't make it like that. Food always seems to taste better when someone else makes it. I need to run to trader joe's this week and just need to find the time. Hopefully soon but my mom wants to go with me so we have to coordinate schedules. So it might be a week or two before I get to go. She's my mom so wait I will.
