Day 9 - The 17 Day Diet: 135.6 Total lost 1.2 lbs. That's it -- I'm folding! I had dreams of Honey Nut Cheerios and figs?? I'm enjoying a nice bowl of Fiber One with some Honey Nut Cheerios and mixed berries. I just couldn't get enough calories on that diet barely 1,000 most days and I'm an active person. I've just been missing the whole grains, some occasional brown rice, steel cut oatmeal. In other words I think I was doing fine with my 'diet' before trying The 17 Day Diet and believe I was eating healthier.

Diet Calendar Entries for 15 February 2011:

I think you made a great choice to go back to your regular diet. There isn't anything wrong by losing the weight slowly and your regular diet works. It is also teaching patience! :)

You're right. I was looking for a quick easy way to drop about 5 pounds but it just didn't work for me. You know what they say . . .slow and steady wins the race!!! How are you doing?
