I am finally back on Fatsecret! A lot has changed since I lost my weight ..for one I gained it all back.I am living in my inlaws basement and the temptation of eating something off the value menu has been my way to get out of the house.I have a job on the weekends that is physically demanding but not during the week.My Husband hasn't been able to find work for over a year and a half.Then I stopped checking the scale fell into a very deep depression and here I am!If I cut out my eating out habit I would chop off so many calories a day!I also severely injured my ankle and have been told not to put any pressure on it so I guess I will try swimming?It Swells up like a balloon likely a ligament injury.I wish I could do treadmill or something on my legs ...any suggestions?Happy that I took the first step of recording my calories for the day!
