This week has been a total write off for me! :( I am pretty annoyed but I can't help getting sick. so on top of the puking last week, I also caught a sore throat and stuffy nose along with a cough! It's been a brutal week and I hope to get rid of it soon bc I do not like the toll it has taken on my body! i am still trying to eat better which I am doing alright on. Only had one cheat day and that was bc it was my dad's and best friend's birthday :) I hope to get back on track this week with the exercise!
