I have not had the time to record any food entries this week, also have been struggling so I decided I would use meal replacement shakes since tuesday and this seems to be working. I have a 2lb loss for this week but I know it is more as I pigged out last weekend so I probable gained a pound or two and avoided the scales. I seem to have been loosing a pound and putting 2 on, then loosing 2lb and gaining a pound - round and round. I am managing fine with the shakes during the day and I have a bit of this and that in the evening so I don't feel like I'm loosing out. The next week should hopefully be a 3lb loss. (fingers crossed)
