I did my Wii Fitness for 2 days in a row, yayy!! I am going to strive to do the workout 4-5 times a week. For someone as sedentary as I am, that's alot!! I also almmost doubled my actual working out time today, from 31 minutes yesterday to 55 minutes today. I combined Yoga, Strength, Aerobics and Balance. I love the Yoga and I seriously struggle with the Strength & Balance areas. I haven't eaten as much today, kinda low in the carb area. Just not hungry. Got to see my beautiful daughter for a few minutes before she was off to live her life. Love my kids so much!! Pretty good day, all in all! Hope all have a good evening :)
