I was full of hope and i was so determined to achieve that !!! I HAVE DREAMS AND TARGET !!!
I am so happy with what I achieved, I am almost there near from the perfect weight. I was using dumbells and high intensity cardio workout but now I will go to gym 3 times or 2 times aweek and build some muscles to have the perfect body in October inchallah :)
I was full of hope and i was so determined to achieve that !!! I HAVE DREAMS AND TARGET !!!
177.5 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
