Planning to do VB6. Have basically read the book and now ready to plan a basic menu and shopping list...incorporating food I currently have in the house. I am really excited as this will be great for my health and will knock off much of this disgusting weight that I am carrying. Would like to drop 5 more pounds before I see the doctor on the 20th.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
