Been off the schedule for the past week and a half and have lost a few pounds - probably mostly water weight. Looking forward to bulking again starting next week as I need to keep gaining. I'm a little frustrated with my results, but I also know that I have changed and in another couple of months I will have changed even more.
167.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
