I have done quite poorly this last week. But before that for a month I stayed quite consistent. Exercised 5-6 days a week, quite a strict eating habit. This week,i've let go, by totally not exercising. But I didn't go too bad on the food. The only calorie filled meal i had this last week was a packet of besan chips. Besides that,we ordered biryani at home, which i had 5bites off & then threw the whole thing. I made noodles at 1 in the night. Took one bite & then threw. So overall eating, i didn't do too bad. Plus i lost 1.2kgs in 10days. So happy about that.

Starting today, I have to get serious about my diet & exercise. Exercises are Les mills pump,Swings,DDP yoga & callanetics. I'll have to all all 4 atleast 3times a week.

Eating, gonna be following my 5:2 diet. 5:3 is quite challenging & end up feeling quite hungry. 5:2 I could handle my hunger. So will be sticking to 5:2.

Chappati for lunch & oats for dinner . Shift will be changing in 6days. I need to be prepared to handle it.

Things to follow:::

Enter my exercise & food in this site everyday before I go to sleep.

Meditate for 5minutes everyday.

Practice excel for 30mins a day (You can start at work)
215.8 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 83.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
