So, I've decided to start back on my diet. It went by the wayside during the holidays and I just never got back to it. I've been tracking my eating for the past couple of weeks with MyFitnessTracker on my shiny new phone :D and I have noticed something. My eating habits stay relatively healthy and within or slightly over (+-100 cal) my target goal. Exercise really does make the most difference for me.
