Stomach felt like it was eating itself. I know that if I dont eat and drink a lot of water that my body will go into starvation mode but after that has passed I wont eat as much and I will be able to drop that fatty weight. Then my stomach will shrink and I wont eat as much as I do cuz I will get sick if I do. It just sucks right now. I know its not the easiest way to go but everything else has failed.

I looked up a calculator to calculate what I need to get in a day to be the weight I wanna be in the time I want it to be at. Its gonna suck, and Im gonna want to eat the planet but it is what it is. My work schedule has me working during the evenings so I usually sleep during the day, wake up for work around 3pm. I dont get home till maybe 9-12pm. Then I eat a quick meal and repeat the process. Any suggestions?
