I have been trying to follow a slightly modified post-RNY diet -- going with at least 2 protein shakes per day and one high protein, low fat, moderate carb (no starches) meal. So far, so good.
I've eliminated sweetener in all of my teas, and haven't yet had coffee (I don't think I could ditch the sweetener in that quite as easily)
I'm trying to walk a little bit each day (hard right now due to exam week). This weekend, I'm hoping to go on a nice long hike in the park (2+ hours)
I've been sticking to the 5/30 rule, which I think is helping considerably.
