Tuesday - I didn't eat breakfast. Had a salad and three chicken wing dings for lunch. After lunch I had one pineapple ice bar. Supper I had fried fish, fried potatoes, carrots and peas. After supper I had one small peppermint patty and a pineapple ice bar. I'm sure I probably went over my calorie count.
