I forgot the first thing to do when starting to diet is to clear out the fridge and pantry from all evil things. such as pizza leftovers. I did still make my quota for yesterday, but it's such a waste, could have eaten something so much better.
I did however compensate a little by going running, so i guess something good came out of it.
Tonight it's core workout at the gym, I'm looking forward to it.
