Have worked alot lately and wish there were more time for exercise. Hopefully I can make exercise a priority this week. Got to keep on keeping on.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
