I am not losing but my blood levels are normal!!! I think my body is inn shock as it is adjusting to not having all that glucose running around. I am sure weight will come off in time. weight loss is not my main focus as I want to reverse diabetes and it appears I am doing that. This is Easter weekend and I need to stay focused on my blood sugars and not eat candy. Will use Atkins bars as a treat, but I have found they also increase blood sugars.
