6:45 am I've been doing pretty well with the high protein for the past three days and yesterday I did great with the low carb part. I had only one cup of coffee in the evening. This is what makes my body function well. i just need to find a way to stick to it better.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 16.8 lb a week
