just started a low calorie no restriction diet to try to help me lose weight. been battling with trying to lose weight for 3 years and is a very slow and sometimes not so successful trek. when i fist started several years ago i weight almost 250 lb 2-1/2 years of culinary school along with two almost three years of fighting stomach pains im still going, just not as fast as id like.
Found this place while trying to look us how many calories were in certain food so i could stay on tack with my new diet plan and wanted to see if it could help me stay on track. best of luck to those of you out there also trying to lose weight and get healthy . You can do it trust me i know you can if i an while going through culinary school and being sick so can you.
