I am very happy - I didn't think I would be able to do it because of disabilities.
292.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 142.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1449 kcal Fat: 48.71g | Prot: 92.25g | Carb: 170.47g.   Breakfast: Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Kraft 2% Milk Mozzarella Cheese, Country Harvest Whole Grain Bread. Lunch: Walnuts, Blueberries, Strawberries, Almonds, Beatrice Skim Milk, Wal-Mart Gala Apple, Dannon Greek Yogurt - Plain. Dinner: Baked or Broiled Salmon, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Seeds of Change Quinoa and Whole Grain Brown Rice with Garlic. Snacks/Other: Diet Brownie. more...
