Honestly, our body needs carbs but no more than 5-6 grams a day. If we stop eating carbs and then start again, we gain it all back. Also, make sure you don't do protein and sugar. Such as peanut butter and jelly. WHO KNEW? We grew up on that! Apparently mixing the two makes fat!! We don't like FAT!! 2 hrs between protein and fruit/sugar is a good gauge! Don't be sad!! You are doing it!! We are doing it!!
