I doubt I lost 4.4lbs in one week. I didn't weigh myself last week so for all I know I was 147lbs. I recorded 150lbs as my starting weight because that's how much I weighed about a month ago. I've only been restricting my calories for 1 week so my next weigh in will be a more accurate representation of my progress :)
