Just finished a week long battle with vertigo.. that was no fun. I was not able to exercise. and that was right after going on a weekend cruise. I did fairly well with my food intake during the cruise and did not become too glutenous. but the alcohol consumption was over board. I need to now monitor my sodium intake in order to maintain a good balance of fluid in my body. Here I go again... went to the doctors and was happy to report that I had not gained any weight but stayed the same.
